California Aqua Scapes services both residential and commerical pools and spas.  CPO certified by the National Swimming Pool Foundation, we have the knowledge to keep your pool or spa looking and running great so your only responsibility is to enjoy it. We are great with animals of all shapes and sizes.

 

 

  

Why insist on a Certified Pool Operator?

  • Pool and spa water can be dangerous to your health if not maintained properly. A wide variety of pathogens and viruses are able to live and thrive in unsanitized pool water, even more so in spas because of the higher temperatures. Certified Pool Operators (CPO) are trained to recognize and correct water that may be hazardous to users health.

 

  • An incorrectly maintained pool not only can cause health problems, but can cost thousands and thousands of dollars. For example, acidic water can degrade the plaster coating and destroy heaters while still looking  crystal clear. 

 

  • With the exception of Los Angeles county, ANYBODY in california with a pickup truck and a net can service pools. Having an untrained person taking care of a 50,000 dollar investment is the stuff of financial and health inspectors nightmares. CPO's have a breadth of knowledge that can protect your health, your investment, and your peace of mind.

Our normal service includes:

​

 

  • Brush walls and bottom of pool.

​

  • Vacuum pool as necessary.

 

  • Maintaining chemical balance of water.

 

  • Removal of leaves and debris from pool, pump basket, and skimmer.​

 

  • Visually inspect all pool equipment. 

 

  • Scrub tile as necessary to prevent stains.

 

  • Weekly notes left to keep owner informed if requested. 

 

  • No added cost for normal sanitizer and conditioner usage.

 

 

Prices:

POOL:

 

  • Full Weekly Service - $70​​

 

  • Chemical Only Weekly Service - $50​

​

  • Filter Cleaning - $70

 

Add $10 to any service for attached spa

 

SPA:

 

  • Full Weekly Service - $50​

​

  • Filter Cleaning - $35

 

 

 

 

Note: Each pool and spa is different and requires a slightly different service plan. Extra large pools, pools with heavy debris or heavy use may be higher rates.
